When will my order ship?
We offer two types of products, each with a different shipping timeline:

In-stock items typically ship within a couple of business days.

Custom-made and made-to-order items are manufactured specifically for you. These orders typically ship within four to six weeks. We’ll provide you with a more specific delivery date when you place your order.
For highly customized orders, we’ll discuss the production and delivery timeline with you directly.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders in the Cape Town area.
What about shipping for the rest of South Africa?
For orders outside of Cape Town, we will calculate the shipping cost and let you know the price when you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to other countries. The shipping cost is calculated based on your location. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties or taxes for your country.
